I am now transitioning into vegetarianism and let me tell ya it's so hard but I know it'll be worth it down the road!It's even worse when your partner is a total southern man that loves his meat!I recently purchased Vegetarian Times and I have found the recipes and articles to be very helpful plus the subsription is fairly inexpenssive which is always nice!:) Please keep blogging as I will check in if that's okay..It's just nice to know,I'm not alone. thanks again!
