		<description>The fake meat stuff doesn&#039;t do it for me, sadly. I wish it did. It just makes me want the real stuff. 

I do like lentils - in a good daal. Hopefully my new cookbook that is coming will have a great recipe!</description>

		<description>Yay!  Sounds like progress and that your body is handling it OK.  I just thought of something.  If beans cause problems, and they can because they&#039;re high in fibre, how about lentils?  They&#039;re legumes too, but it seems to me (this is not a scientific evaluation) that they&#039;re a bit less fibrous than other beans.  And lentils can be the basis for great soups and salads too.
